Advisory & Retainers

For Republican campaigns, PACs, and advocacy organizations that want a standing partner—not just a one-off project. We stay close as you execute, adjust, and grow.

What we mean by "Advisory & Retainers"

Most Republican campaigns and organizations don’t need another consultant who drops a memo and disappears. Advisory & Retainers is for teams that want an ongoing partner in their corner; someone who understands the structure we’ve built, knows your operation, and can help you adjust in real time.

Instead of paying for a new “project” every time something changes, you get consistent access to a strategist who already understands your framework, your district, and your goals.

What ongoing advisory looks like

The specifics change by engagement, but most advisory relationships include some mix of these pieces.

Regular strategy & ops calls

Standing check-in calls to review what’s happening on the ground, work through decisions, and keep your structure aligned with reality.

On-call sounding board

Access to a trusted advisor for key questions between calls; messaging choices, vendor decisions, structural changes, and “do we do this or not?” moments.

Framework & system updates

Adjustments to your campaign architecture, infrastructure, and workflows as your race evolves, new data comes in, or your goals shift.

Support for leadership & staff

Practical help for campaign managers, directors, and key staff who need a second set of eyes on plans, reports, and tough tradeoffs.

How advisory & retainers are structured

We keep things simple: clear expectations, clear access, and no mystery about what you’re getting each month

Campaign advisory

For active Republican campaigns that want a standing strategic partner throughout the cycle. Usually includes monthly or bi-weekly calls plus between-call access for key decisions.

PAC & advocacy advisory

For Republican PACs and advocacy organizations that run ongoing programs, not just single races. Focus on structure, systems, and multi-cycle growth.

Light retainer / “office hours”

For smaller teams that want access to a senior advisor without a full-scale engagement; regular office hours plus limited project support.

We’ll recommend a structure after we understand your goals, timeline, and team.

How we start and run an advisory engagement

We don’t drop into your world cold. We learn your operation, agree on priorities, and then stay focused on helping you execute.

Step 1

 Learn your operation

We review your race or organization, existing frameworks and systems, team structure, and key challenges so we’re not giving advice in a vacuum.

Step 2

Set priorities & cadence

We agree on the core areas we’ll focus on; strategy, ops, data, fundraising, voter contact --and how often we’ll meet and communicate.

Step 3

Ongoing calls & support

We join your leadership rhythm; regular calls, key briefings, and targeted support before major moments like launches, debates, and mail or media drops.

Step 4

Review & adjust

We regularly step back to review what’s working, what isn’t, and where we should shift focus so the relationship stays valuable the entire time.

Is this the right fit for your campaign?

A good fit if…

  • You’re a serious Republican campaign, PAC, or advocacy organization; not a hobby or vanity project.

  • You want a long-term partner who understands your framework and doesn’t need to be re-briefed every time something happens.

  • You’re willing to be honest about problems, not just present a highlight reel.

  • You value clear thinking, structure, and calm decision-making when things get loud.

Probably not a fit if…

  • You only want one-off deliverables (a website, a mailing, a single plan) with no ongoing relationship.

  • You’re not comfortable with direct feedback or making tradeoffs.

  • You expect us to approve whatever you’ve already decided, no matter what the data or structure says.

  • You’re looking for a figurehead to put on your website, not a partner who actually works with you.

What changes when you have a standing advisor

  • You make fewer rushed, reactive decisions—and more deliberate, structured ones.

  • Your campaign manager or executive director has a trusted partner to think through hard calls.

  • Your frameworks, systems, and plans actually get updated as the race or landscape changes.

  • You spend less time reinventing the wheel and more time executing.

  • You feel less alone when things get noisy—because someone who knows your operation is in it with you.

Questions we get about advisory & retainers

Do you only offer advisory to existing clients?

We strongly prefer to start advisory relationships after some initial project work—like campaign architecture or infrastructure; so we understand your operation. In some cases, we’ll start directly with advisory if we can quickly get up to speed.

Do you work with multiple Republican clients in the same race or primary?

No. We take conflicts of interest seriously. We will not be in an advisory role for two Republican efforts that are directly competing with each other.

How long do advisory engagements typically last?

Most campaign advisory relationships run for a cycle or defined phase (for example, primary or general). PAC and advocacy advisory engagements are often multi-quarter or multi-year, with regular check-ins to confirm the fit.

Can we change the level of support mid-engagement?

Yes. As your needs change, we can adjust the cadence and scope; stepping up during intense periods or stepping down between major phases.
